Not sure what Scrivener is? It’s a digital binder to capture all the moving parts of writing any long-form project. I use it for writing novels, scripts, managing blog content, and academic papers.

I’ve always been in love with Scrivener, but the ability to save these themes only makes me more excited to open a project and get started.

Since this feature is new, not many people have been sharing their new Scrivener themes. I sat down to create exactly what I wanted when writing, and I’m sharing the first of many here with you.

The Theme

This theme focuses on soft, blush-colored spaces and a warm, creamy writing space that’s easy on the eyes.

Each component of this Scrivener theme features variations on cream and blush for an all-new visual experience.

Note – This free theme is only for Mac versions of Scrivener. See the bottom of this post for an update/more information.

How to Access and Install the Theme

  1. Subscribe to this blog

2. Access the Resource Library with the password emailed to you when you subscribe.

3. Download the theme

4. Open Scrivener

>Scrivener

>Theme

>Import Themes…

>Select Scrivener Theme – Blush

>Import

    1. Hi, this theme looks very lovely and I would like to use this theme on my scrivener. But my scrivener seems to ask for .scrtheme instead of .stheme file. Is this the difference between MacOS and Windows? If so, could I possibly ask for your converted version @Irene?

      1. Unfortunately Windows Scrivener and Mac Scrivener are completely different programs (believe me, I’m frustrated). I only use Macs personally, but finally bought a cheap PC and I’m trying to rebuild all my themes for Windows. It’s slow-going but I’m working on it! 🙂
